Dexian is seeking a Project Manager III to own a portfolio of initiatives from early planning through post-release performance. You will ensure every launch is ready, with clearly defined workstreams, plans executed to Definition of Done, and teams prepared for high adoption with minimal defects.

You’ll partner closely with product and communications teams, coordinate UAT and enablement deliverables, and champion change management best practices that make releases smoother, faster, and more scalable over time.
Required Skills
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives and orchestrate multiple readiness workstreams simultaneously
Strong risk assessment and mitigation skills, including prioritization and tradeoff decision-making to support on-time releases
Experience partnering cross-functionally, especially with product and communications teams to align on roadmaps and proactively communicate changes
Demonstrated ability to coordinate delivery of UAT, training, help content, and SOPs
Ability to validate launch readiness, oversee releases, and evaluate post-implementation performance to identify improvement opportunities
Continuous improvement mindset—focused on optimizing speed, clarity, and scalability of change delivery
Capability to educate, mentor, and “roadshow” change management practices to improve organizational adoption
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including translating quantitative and qualitative insights into action
Nice to Have Skills
Hands-on experience building or improving change management playbooks and scalable readiness practices
Background supporting support readiness or expert/agent-facing operational change
Experience defining and measuring adoption and release success metrics post-launch
Preferred Education and Experience
Preferred: Relevant professional experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving readiness planning, release execution, and adoption enablement
