Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for our Ft Myers office with strong experience in commercial projects valued from $10M to $150M. You will oversee all phases from planning to execution and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating with stakeholders.

This role offers growth opportunities and a seat at the table. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field and at least 5 years in construction project

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing commercial projects, tenant improvements, and remodels.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management from planning to implementation.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.
• Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Experience should be on projects valued from $10M to $150 million in both new construction and renovations.
