Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a growing organization in the Mequon area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity created due to growth and increased project workload.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, and coordinating multiple projects from initial award through completion. This position works closely with customers, contractors, subcontractors, field operations, engineering, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience within construction, manufacturing, installation, or another technical environment and be comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from award through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, installation plans, milestones, and project documentation.

• Strong mathematical aptitude, including comfort working with measurements and geometry.
• Ability to interpret project requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Construction or manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to periodically visit project/job sites.

This is an onsite position in Mequon, WI, with standard hours of 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. The position is primarily office-based but may include periodic travel and visits to active project sites.

Candidates may occasionally be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while visiting construction or installation sites.

Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, with potential flexibility for highly qualified candidates. This position is temp-to-hire with an anticipated permanent salary range of approximately

$70,000–$80,000 annually.
