Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Experience managing remodeling, renovation, or custom home projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and scheduling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish.

• Monitor budgets, change orders, and job profitability.
