Job Overview

The Project Manager to the Executive Director for the Office of School Culture provides high-level coordination and operational support to advance district-wide culture and climate initiatives. Responsibilities include ensuring the smooth execution of projects, supporting communications, managing initiatives, and aligning systems with the Office's goals. The role fosters collaboration, efficiency, and outcomes related to student well-being and inclusive environments.

Qualifications - Education & Certification
  • Master’s degree in Education, School Leadership, Human Services, or a related field.
Qualifications - Experience
  • 3–5 years supporting senior executives or leading cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing administrative tasks and district initiatives.
  • Experience developing presentations, documentation, and coordinating events.
