Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to support Operational Services initiatives for a large-scale, customer-facing organization with thousands of locations nationwide. This individual will drive cross-functional projects across multiple operational departments including training, equipment, field operations, digital innovation, restaurant operations, R&D, and other business functions.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on keeping complex initiatives moving forward. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing competing priorities, facilitating discussions among stakeholders with differing objectives, driving accountability, and ensuring projects remain aligned with business goals, timelines, and budget expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple operational projects simultaneously across diverse business functions.
• Facilitate meetings with business leaders and stakeholders, capturing action items, documenting decisions, and driving follow-up activities.
• Identify conflicting priorities across teams and proactively facilitate alignment and resolution.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while escalating issues when necessary.
• Drive accountability among stakeholders to ensure commitments, deadlines, and project objectives are met.
• Support business case development and budget approval processes for operational initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and sequence projects based on business impact and resource availability.
• Provide regular project status updates, reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate efforts across operational, technology, training, field, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and operational enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale operational, retail, franchise, hospitality, restaurant, logistics, or multi-location environments.
• Experience managing equipment deployments, operational rollouts, training programs, digital initiatives, or process improvement projects.
• Exposure to budget tracking, financial planning, or business case development.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean, or similar project management certifications.
