Job summary

ARC Services (Veteran Owned) is seeking a skilled Project Manager to plan and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget. You will plan resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication between clients and the home office.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience in construction, proficiency with project management tools (P6, MS Office), and the ability to travel.

Summary:We are looking for a skilledProject Manager.This project manager willbe responsible forplanning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed ina timelyfashion and within budget.Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budget,monitorprogress, and keep communication open between clients and home office

Responsibilities:

Determineand define project scope andobjectives.

Predict resources needed to reachobjectivesand manage resourceseffectively and efficiently.

Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

Utilize industry best practices,techniquesand standards throughout entire project execution.

Adhere to all site and company rules, regulations, PPErequirements.

Track project costsin order tomeetbudget.

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Provide project updates on a consistent basis tohomeoffice about strategy,adjustmentsand progress.

Manage contracts with various vendors and suppliers.

Monitor progress andmake adjustmentsas needed.

Measure project performance toidentifyareas for improvement.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of project management with related experience in construction.

Strongfamiliaritywith project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices (egP6, MS Office, etc.)

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Musthave reliable transportation andbe able to travel extensively and work variable hours.

Able to pass background screens and drug/alcohol testing as required by our customers.
