Responsibilities

• Manage assigned development, construction, infrastructure, and capital projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, action logs, risk registers, and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, dependencies, and risks and proactively identify issues.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes and tools.
• Champion implementation and use of project/construction management platforms.
• Prepare executive project updates, dashboards, presentations, and reporting.
• Support procurement, permitting, change management, documentation, and project closeout.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support the development and execution of large-scale infrastructure, construction, and capital projects. This is a hands‑on role for a highly organized professional who can manage projects while also helping establish standardized project management processes, systems, and reporting across the development portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned development, construction, infrastructure, and capital projects from planning through completion.
