About The Role
The role drives cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring complex technical initiatives ship on schedule with clear scope and measurable outcomes. You will own planning, tracking, and risk management for software delivery projects — coordinating sprints, dependencies, and stakeholder communication so teams stay focused and leadership has visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project plans for software development initiatives, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria
- Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Manage cross-team dependencies, surfacing blockers and negotiating priorities between product, engineering, and design
- Build and maintain project dashboards tracking velocity, timeline health, and risk status for leadership reporting
- Facilitate scoping sessions and convert ambiguous requirements into actionable tickets and technical specifications
- Conduct post-mortems and retrospectives, driving process improvements with documented, measurable impact
- Communicate project status, tradeoffs, and risks to executives and stakeholders in concise written and verbal updates
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of project or program management experience in software or technology environments
- Hands-on proficiency with agile tooling and practices (Jira, sprint management, backlog grooming)
- Strong written communication; able to produce clear status reports, project briefs, and executive summaries
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and cross-functional stakeholders
- Solid analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and lightweight data analysis (SQL a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification; experience with technical domains like cloud infrastructure or API integrations; familiarity with Notion, Linear, or Tableau
