Position Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the onboarding of new statement of work into Fabrication Operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational capabilities.
· Oversee work movement and placement activities, coordinating both permanent and emergent work transitions.
· Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality, and other support functions to ensure smooth project execution.
· Develop comprehensive business cases, including return on investment (ROI) analyses, to support decision-making and resource allocation.
· Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
· Analyze and summarize complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders.
· Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report status to leadership and key stakeholders.
· Facilitate effective communication among diverse teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely issue resolution.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project management processes and onboarding practices.
