Job summary

Dizario Search is seeking a Capital Expansion Project Manager for a leading manufacturing client located near Mechanicsburg, PA. This is a direct hire role with a strong base salary, bonus, and full benefits.

The position focuses on developing and executing expansion plans across all North American sites, including new builds, expansions, and upgrades. Travel to multiple US sites will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management or capital expansion in manufacturing.
• Experience leading facility upgrades (HVAC, electrical, crane, automation).
• Willing to travel to internal sites across the US.

Responsibilities

• Source, partner, and manage vendors for projects per company specs.
• Lead major facility upgrade projects including HVAC, electrical, crane, automation.
• Ensure projects meet building code requirements at all levels.
• Develop cost estimates and present to leadership; manage projects from conception to completion.
• Travel to internal sites across the United States to support initiatives.

Dizario Search is engaged in a search for a Capital Expansion Project Manager to join our industry leading ($3B+) manufacturing client located 15 minutes from Mechanicsburg, PA. This role is focused in developing and executing plans for facility expansion projects across all North American sites. Projects range from new facility builds, expansions, and facility upgrades. Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager or Capital Expansion Manager with direct experience working for manufacturing companies in similar roles. This is a direct hire role, our client offers a competitive base salary, bonus, and full benefits for this role.

Responsibilities

• Source, partner, and manage vendors for specific projects, per company specification.
• Lead major facility upgrade projects including: HVAC, electrical, crane installation, and automation.
• Ensure all projects meet specific building code requirements, per local, state, and federal regulations.
• Develop cost estimates for projects, present information to leadership, and manage all assigned projects from conception to completion.
• Travel to internal sites across the United States as necessary to support Capital project initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 (+) years of construction project management or Capital Expansion experience within the manufacturing industry or, related fields.
• Ability to work on a cross functional team and act as the SME on all construction expansion initiatives.
• Must be willing to travel to internal sites across the US to support assigned projects.
• Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required for consideration.
