Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Development in Maple Grove, MN. The role leads air cooling product development from concept to launch, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will oversee stage-gate development, manage budgets and risks, and ensure manufacturability and regulatory compliance across programs. Hybrid work in the data center cooling space offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• PM certification or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of project management in manufacturing/engineering env.
• 3+ years leading New Product Development projects.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of stage-gate product development processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD programs from concept through product launch.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Drive stage-gate processes and project governance.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and product teams.
• Provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure DFM, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Manage project financials, forecasts, and resource allocation.
