Job summary

Gradian in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking an NPD Project Manager – Air Cooling Technologies to lead new product development from concept through launch, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting engineering standards. You will coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality, partner with the PMO, and drive stage-gate reviews to deliver innovative air-cooling solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Maple Grove with a people-first culture and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management education/experience.
• Minimum of 5 years PM experience, incl. 3 years leading NPD/product development.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project/Smartsheet/analogous).
• Strong understanding of stage-gate product development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD projects for new air-cooling technology from concept through commercialization.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and budgets.
• Drive project execution by coordinating across Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
• Monitor project performance against plan; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders and present updates to Advanced Development leadership.
