Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an experienced NPD Project Manager - Air Cooling Technologies to lead new product development from concept through launch. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning with Gradian's engineering standards and strategic objectives.

You will coordinate with R&D, product management, manufacturing, and suppliers; drive stage-gate reviews, and maintain robust project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
PMP certification or equivalent project management education/experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience; 3+ years leading NPD/product development in manufacturing/engineering.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of stage-gate product development processes.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional NPD projects for new air-cooling technology from concept through commercialization.
Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, resources, risks, and budgets.
Drive execution by coordinating across Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Marketing.
Monitor performance against plan; identify risks, mitigations, and blockers; escalate as needed.
Conduct regular project status reviews and present updates to Advanced Development leadership.
