Findorff in Madison, WI seeks a Project Manager with 5+ years in commercial construction to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, focusing on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate with design teams, trade partners, and clients; develop schedules, monitor costs, and guide teams to deliver on budget and quality while advancing your leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience supporting commercial projects valued at $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage project challenges effectively.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Experience with project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

• Apply Construction Expertise: Use your understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods to guide safe, informed day-to-day decision making, proactively solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
• Support Procurement: Assist with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and Execute Projects: Help develop schedules, lead meetings, and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage Project Financials: Track costs, support forecasting efforts, and assist with change management to help maintain strong financial performance.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships and contribute to a positive project environment.

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager with Findorff, you'll help lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, supporting the process, the relationships, and the results. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track while continuing to develop your leadership and technical expertise.
