Findorff is seeking a Project Manager in Wisconsin to lead commercial construction projects from planning through closeout, focusing on process, relationships, and outcomes.

You will oversee day-to-day decisions, coordinate procurement and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and develop leadership and technical expertise across projects. This role emphasizes collaboration with clients, trade partners, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience with commercial projects valued at $20M+ from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong problem solving to manage project challenges.
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and sequencing.
• Experience with project financials: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with project teams, clients, and trade partners.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager with Findorff, you'll help lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, supporting the process, the relationships, and the results. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track while continuing to develop your leadership and technical expertise.

• Apply Construction Expertise: Use your understanding of building systems, materials, and construction methods to guide safe, informed day-to-day decision making, proactively solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.
• Support Procurement: Assist with bidding, contracting, and subcontractor coordination to align project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and Execute Projects: Help develop schedules, lead meetings, and coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage Project Financials: Track costs, support forecasting efforts, and assist with change management to help maintain strong financial performance.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to build relationships and contribute to a positive project environment.
