  • Lead weekly OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings and maintain clear, professional communication with DOT agencies, municipalities, and private clients.
  • Review and negotiate subcontract scopes, purchase orders, and change orders in coordination with the estimating team.
  • Monitor field operations for quality, productivity, and strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and project specifications.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control through the project lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing public works contracts (MA DOT).
  • Solid understanding of DOT specifications, union labor requirements, and prevailing wage regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen: proven ability to manage project budgets and produce accurate cost-to-complete forecasts.
