Job summary

Ingenium Talent is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformations. You will partner with executive leadership, align cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives from concept to execution across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology.

The role emphasizes developing plans, managing risks, and delivering dashboards and executive communications to inform priorities and progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office; experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that support long-term business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive status updates while ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Drive accountability by coordinating resources, tracking milestones, and removing obstacles that impact project success.
  • Build strong relationships across business functions including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Technology, Human Resources, and Commercial teams.
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and executive-level communications that provide visibility into project health and organizational priorities.
  • Champion change management efforts to support adoption of new processes, systems, and strategic initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management methodologies, governance, and operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
