Job summary

Reliable Properties seeks an experienced professional to oversee development and construction for retail and mixed-use projects in Los Angeles. You will negotiate with subcontractors, supervise progress, work with city approvals, and manage construction details to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, a motivated, self-directed attitude, and meticulous organizational ability to coordinate plans, permits, and tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction/Engineering or Architecture
• Business experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction beneficial
• Strong negotiation verbal skills and relationship-building skills
• Very motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experienced & resourceful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel & Project Management preferred.
