Job summary

Goodall Brazier is seeking a senior Project Manager for major heavy civil construction projects across Southern California. You will own safety, schedule, budget, and client relationships, delivering projects from planning through handover.

With 8–10+ years in heavy civil construction and a related degree, you’ll lead teams, manage risk and ensure commercial performance. You must communicate clearly, make decisive decisions, and thrive in a high‑performance environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years’ experience in heavy civil construction.
• Engineering, Construction Management or related degree preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.

We’re working with a leading contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of major heavy-civil construction projects across Southern California. This is a senior, hands‑on role overseeing safety, programme, commercial performance, client relationships and project delivery, with projects ranging from approximately $30M–$250M+.
