Job summary

GH Engage seeks an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up industrial construction to lead multi-site projects as a traveling professional. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and scope while coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams on-site across locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor, proficiency in CM software, and a readiness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor, on ground-up industrial projects.
  • Experience managing large-scale industrial builds from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Understanding of industrial construction methods, materials, sequencing.
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout at various job sites.
  • Travel to and oversee active projects across multiple locations as assigned.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout all phases of construction.
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and local codes.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to keep projects on track.

Job description

Our client, a well-established General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up industrial construction to join their team. This is a traveling position, covering projects across multiple sites, and is ideal for someone who has managed industrial builds from the ground up while working for a General Contractor and is comfortable working on the road.

What You'll Do
