Palmer Companies, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Des Moines, IA. The role oversees budgets, schedules, and on-site resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, across commercial and heavy industrial settings.

You will promote safety, engage in business development, and maintain open communication with stakeholders while driving project performance and process improvements. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering (preferred).
• Experience as a project manager running commercial or heavy industrial projects.
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to travel to job sites when necessary.
