• Create and monitor the project schedule.
• Oversee planning and execution of schedule, budget, labor, and subcontractor assignments.
• Prepare punch lists and ensure timely completion.
• Attain resources necessary for project completion.
• Track project costs to meet budgets.
• Maintain accurate correspondence.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and risk management.

• The Project Manager will manage, supervise, coordinate, and execute all renovation projects to ensure they are high quality, on schedule and within budget
• Prepare a detailed scope of work for all project components and solicits bids
• Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating deadlines
• Create and monitor the project schedule
• Manage weekly and monthly planning and execution of project schedule, budget, labor allocation, and subcontractor assignments
• Prepare punch lists and make sure that all items are completed properly and in a timely manner
• Attain and manage resources necessary for project completion
• Track project costs in order to meet budgets.
• Maintain accurate and timely correspondence
• Conduct regular inspections for quality control and risk management
• Continually identify ways to refine and enhance the workflow process

Qualifications
