Qualifications

• 4-year B.S. degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• PE or RA a plus.
• 8-10+ years of experience on large facility construction projects.
• Health Care Facility project management experience a MAJOR PLUS.
• Bluebeam, Procore and P6 experience required; MS Project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Solid organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of technical professionals.
• Coordinate and work independently with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements.
• Project scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6; CPM scheduling concepts; identify and track critical path.
• Develop and review project budget and expenditures to keep on target.

What You Will be Doing

• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Solid organization, planning, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of technical professionals
• Effectively coordinate and work independently with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements
• Project scheduling experience and proficiency with Primavera P6
  • Proficient with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology and concepts
  • Identification of critical path and near critical path and the ability to track and validate the paths
  • Create filters and layouts for communicating schedule information
• Developing and reviewing project budget and expenditures for construction project to ensure it is on target
