The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kansas City, MO. This role oversees architectural projects from concept through completion, coordinating with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, managing deliverables, tracking progress, and addressing project risks and issues. The Project Manager will facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, support permitting and inspection processes, and help maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. The role also involves assisting with resource planning, documentation, and continuous improvement of project delivery practices within the firm.
