You will coordinate with field leadership, clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful execution while representing AnderCorp.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with responsibilities spanning planning, procurement, and closeout processes.

Qualifications

• Project experience in planning, coordination and administration of construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, and construction technology software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Promote safety culture with field management teams.
• Manage schedules, budgets and procurement activities.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, project documentation and contract administration.
• Lead owner, architect and project team meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor buyouts.
• Closeout, punch lists, warranties and turnover docs.
• Maintain quality standards and client satisfaction with project teams.
• Conduct site walks, inspections and progress reviews.
• Support risk management and cost control.
