Job summary

Renewyx is seeking a Project Manager for Indiana with ownership of project delivery from planning through closeout. You will oversee commercial and industrial projects, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors across multiple sites.

The role requires PM experience in commercial/industrial healthcare projects, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Procore or similar software, supported by a construction management or engineering degree.

Renewyx has partnered with an established general contractor delivering commercial, healthcare, and industrial projects across Indiana to identify a Project Manager. This role carries full ownership of project delivery, from initial planning through closeout, on a growing slate of commercial and industrial work.

The role: The Project Manager will oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance while maintaining direct communication with owners, architects, and trade partners.

• Proven Project Manager experience on commercial, industrial, or healthcare projects
• Demonstrated ownership of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor management
• Strong communication with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Experience with Procore or similar project management software
• A construction management or engineering degree
• Hybrid across different project locations throughout Indiana
