GH Engage is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-value projects in Indianapolis for a leading employee-owned firm.

You will plan, schedule, and coordinate with estimators, engineers, and clients, while distributing tasks to contractors to ensure successful project delivery across the Midwest.

The role offers an ESOP and a strong pipeline across multiple industries, with opportunities for advancement and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience at a reputable GC as a project manager.
• Experience on high-value industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects.
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience.

The Mission:

• Planning and leadership on industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects
• Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors
• Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients
• Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers

You’ll need:

• Experience at a Reputable General Contractor, as a project manager.
• Experience on high-value industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience
