Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a proactive professional to analyze financial execution data, support DoD-related relocation projects, and act as a SME for complex shipment processes. The role includes drafting requirements, supporting Agile ceremonies, and ensuring detailed minutes while working onsite in a fast-paced client environment.

The ideal candidate has an Active Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and 4+ years in project management or development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years+ of relevant PM or development support experience.
• Experience with data analysis, customer support, and requirements drafting.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week and adapt in ambiguous environments.

Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 10%Clearance Required:Active SecretWhat You Will Do:Analyze financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trendsBe able to create mock-ups of new processes for the customer’s servicemember relocation tool.Be prepared to become a SME in the relocation system, running multiple shipment types with many different variables.Have the ability to handle multiple client personality types and ensure their needs are being met.Competency in capturing meeting minutes and having them client-ready within a short timeframe.Ability to work with limited oversight and comfortable in ambiguity, as the client does not always state everything that is needed.Aid client in charting new business capabilities (such as business process mapping with data emphasis).Create product development briefs.Support stand-ups/retrospectives/reviews with developers.Act as the voice of the product owner when they are on leave and support with detailed meeting minutes.Draft up potential product requirements from the point of view of the user.What You Will Need:An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED \"SECRET\" Federal or DoD security clearance.Bachelor’s degree.FOUR (4) or more years of relevant project management or development support experience, consistent with senior-level technical labor categories. Experience with data analysis, customer support, requirements drafting, etc.Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week.What Would Be Nice To Have:Experience supporting DoW, Air Force, USTRANSCOM, or Working Capital Fund organizations.Experience supporting product management and software development activities.Experience working with Agile methodologies.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex data challenges.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00.
