Job summary

Oliver Fire Protection & Security is seeking a talented Project Manager to join the Baltimore, MD team. You will plan, manage, and direct fire sprinkler construction projects while supporting client satisfaction, effective communication, and strong financial outcomes.

This field-focused role requires coordinating with customers, contractors, and internal teams, reviewing design scope, and directing schedules.

Qualifications

• Five years of fire protection and/or project management experience preferred.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and direct construction projects from start to finish.
• Attend on-site meetings and coordinate with customers, general contractors and subcontractors.
• Review contract docs and gather information for design scope and shop drawings.
• Set project schedules and ensure timely completion per timelines.
• Process change estimates and change orders, and resolve items promptly.
• Provide AIA billing breakdowns, bill monthly, and generate project reports.
• Manage punch lists, closeout docs, warranties, and as-built records.
• Support sales with estimating and attend events; monitor market trends.
