Job summary

Build Partners USA LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects ranging from $1M to $20M across Texas. You will own full-cycle delivery from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with Superintendents, design teams and trade partners.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial GC experience, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office (Bluebeam helpful).

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience with a commercial GC.
• Experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M-$20M.
• Retail, restaurant, office or medical construction experience; tenant-improvement is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control, forecasting.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining client relations.
• Procore and Microsoft Office proficiency; Bluebeam and scheduling software preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving.
• Based within commuting distance of Houston.

A respected Houston-based General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager to deliver ground-up commercial projects $1M–$20M across Texas. Known for precision, efficiency, and integrity, this firm offers a stable pipeline and long-term growth.

Your Role

• Own full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Lead coordination with Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
• Serve as the primary client contact with consistent progress updates
