Advatix Inc. in Honolulu, HI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through construction.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field, PM experience in architecture/design/construction, and proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
Proven project management experience within architecture, design, or the construction industry.
Proficiency with architectural and project management software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases, from planning and design to construction and closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and long-term relationships.
Oversee project documentation, technical accuracy, and compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain project objectives.
Review project deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to client expectations.
Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordination with internal and external teams.
