Mascoma Bank is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing IT team, as we have an exciting multi-level project in progress that will impact many aspects of how the Bank functions.

The Project Manager will work across multiple agile teams, driving them to deliver on timelines by communicating and holding them accountable. This person will identify dependencies between vendors, internal teams, processes, and procedures and effectively document and communicate these dependencies. They will keep teams in alignment to ensure everyone is working collaboratively and efficiently, with an ultimate goal of having project teams that are delivering a defined outcome rather than just output.

This position requires 8+ years of project management experience, with a focus on managing complex technical projects. A PMP certification is also required for this role. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking mindset, with a demonstrated ability to set clear goals and provide strong leadership. Expert understanding of project management software tools (Jira, Confluence), methodologies, and best practices to track and maintain project success are essential. The person chosen for this role will also have proven experience completing projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline, and will be skilled at writing proposals, documentation, and project plans. All Mascoma Bank team members must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.

This position may be performed remotely within our service areas. It will require attending quarterly onsite meetings in Lebanon, NH or White River Junction, VT.
