What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the full life cycle project management for the grants management system implementation
• Develop a governance plan and framework for managing enterprise-wide changes
• Create a repeatable implementation playbook for onboarding new agencies onto the grants management system
• Manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables while developing project plans and schedules
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to executive leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, especially in managing large-scale, high-visibility technology projects
• Successful track record in leading enterprise software implementations and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven experience in vendor management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools like Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with public sector grants workflows, systems, or program administration
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field
