Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Project Manager to lead a variety of business and technology initiatives for a healthcare organization. The role supports a fully remote work model with quarterly onsite travel, based from Greenville, NC.

You will manage cross-functional teams, develop project plans, budgets, and risk strategies, and collaborate with remote staff and external partners to deliver results. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of PM experience leading business and technology initiatives.
• Experience managing technical projects (infrastructure, systems, applications, or cybersecurity).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• PMP certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not held.
• Experience working with remote teams, vendors, and external partners is highly desirable.

Job description

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
This role is 100% remote but the candidate needs to live within 4.5 - hours of Greenville, NC as they will have to travel onsite at least once a quarter.
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives
• Experience managing technical projects, including infrastructure, systems, applications, or cybersecurity-related initiatives
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• PMP certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already held
• Experience working with remote teams, vendors, and external partners is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, infrastructure initiatives, digital transformation programs, or cybersecurity projects
• Experience working in healthcare, government, higher education, or other complex enterprise environments

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
