The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work closely with field operations, ownership groups, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

The Role

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Developing and maintaining project schedules
• Overseeing project budgets and cost controls
• Managing subcontractor buyout and procurement processes
• Reviewing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinating design teams, consultants, and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and driving schedule performance
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Leading project meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Supporting field teams and coordinating with Superintendents
• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and company standards

What We're Looking For

We are interested in speaking with Project Managers who have:

• 5+ years of construction management experience
• Experience working for a General Contractor
• Background delivering industrial, manufacturing, distribution, mission-critical, or commercial projects
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project controls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working closely with Superintendents, Owners, and Design Teams
• A desire to continue advancing their construction management career
• Ability to work on projects throughout the southeast

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
