We Search People is partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor in the upstate area of South Carolina to recruit an experienced Project Manager. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout while collaborating with a team that values quality and long-term growth.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years of PM experience with a GC, a related bachelor’s degree, and a strong grasp of commercial construction methods.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and project delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and vendor management
• Coordinate field operations with superintendents and project teams
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project costs and forecast financial performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
