Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking an experienced project supervisor to oversee sprinkler installation and service for varied projects. The role focuses on coordinating designs, managing permits, and ensuring timely completion within budget. You will lead field crews, liaise with designers, and monitor cost control while ensuring high safety and quality standards across all sites.

Qualifications

  • General knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and components.
  • Experience with sprinkler installation or design projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all fire sprinkler projects on assigned sites.
  • Manage project costs and scheduling across multiple jobs.
  • Coordinate with designers to finalize designs and surveys.
  • Obtain permits and track status for each project.
  • Provide weekly project updates to management.
  • Supervise FireSprinkler Supervisors and field staff.
  • Coordinate and process contract change orders.
  • Understand design and layout of sprinkler systems.
  • Coordinate installation efforts between trades and manage budgets.

Oversee FireSprinklerSystems installation/service for all types of new and existing projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee all firesprinklerprojects.
  • Manage job cost and project scheduling.
  • Work with designers to get designs completed and submittedincluding job surveys.
  • Follow up and manage permits for projects.
  • Report weekly to the GM with project updates.
  • Oversee the FireSprinklerSupervisor.
  • Coordinate and process contract job change orders.
  • Understand design & Layout of FireSprinklerSystems
  • Coordination for installation between trades
  • Managing cost and understanding budgets
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • GeneralSprinklerknowledge
  • Experience in FireSprinklerInstallation or Design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee installation labor on assigned projects.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
