Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking a skilled installer/service professional for complete fire protection systems projects across industrial and commercial settings. You will read NFPA codes, perform hydraulic calculations, and prepare material lists for new and existing systems.

Qualifications

• General mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in fire sprinkler/protection installation, service or design.
• NICET certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to install, diagnose, and repair fire protection equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs and operational product manuals.
• Exhibit effective customer service skills, consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures.
• Participate in a scheduled on‑call rotation, travel or work weekends, as necessary.

Up to a $5,000 sign on bonus, based on experience.

This position is located out of our Mobile, Alabama district office.

JOB SUMMARY

Complete Fire Protection Systems installation/service for all types of new and existing fire sprinkler projects. Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• NICET certification preferred but not required
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with Company guidelines

Successful completion of a drug test and pre‑employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
