• Developing project strategies that outline scope, schedules, and budget needs

• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients about progress and milestones
• Respond quickly and professionally to questions or concerns
• Provide easy‑to‑understand updates about project status, changes, or milestones
• Seek client feedback throughout the project and use it to make improvements
• Help resolve conflicts or disagreements with a calm, solutions‑focused approach

Quality Assurance

• Overseeing quality control processes to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards
• Conducting site checks to verify compliance with plans and specifications
