We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager / Lead Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on leadership role perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives on organization, and enjoys leading projects from start to finish. If you’re equally comfortable with the tools and managing a job site, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start through completion
• Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry
• Manage daily job site operations, schedules, and workflow
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure a great experience
• Maintain job site organization, safety, and professionalism
• Track progress and proactively document and update all necessary parties

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling
• Strong carpentry skills (both rough and finish)
• Project management and job site leadership experience
• Ability to read plans and execute with precision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software desired, but not required
