Eastown Construction in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee exterior renovations and full home remodels from start to finish. You will lead on-site teams, ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction while maintaining safety and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience (leadership preferred) and can read plans, coordinate crews, and communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of carpentry experience; leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling.
• Ability to manage a job site independently.
• Open to working in the field 1–2 days per week.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish while maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on job sites daily
