Job summary

Loyal Source seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee planning, execution and delivery of large-scale physical security installations in a mission-critical data center environment, on-site in Fort Worth, TX.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous scheduling and budget control, coordinating with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial security projects.
• Experience working in a data center environment.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing projects involving access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction coordination, and system integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in the Metro Atlanta Airport area.
• Must have experience working on an active construction site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale physical security projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of security technologies, including: Access Control Systems, CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, Security Management Platforms.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to executive leadership and client teams.
• Manage subcontractors and field teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and operational impacts.

About the Opportunity

Loyal Source is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale physical security system projects for a major client within a mission-critical data center environment. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex commercial security installations from inception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale physical security projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Oversee the installation, integration, and commissioning of security technologies, including:
  • Access Control Systems

  • Security Management Platforms

  • Genetec
• Experience managing mission-critical infrastructure or enterprise-level security deployments.
• PMP or related project management certifications are a plus.
