KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical construction projects from start to finish in the DFW area. This role owns execution across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety while cultivating strong client, trade partner, and internal team relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in mechanical construction PM, leadership experience of PMs/PEs, and strong HVAC/plumbing knowledge with

Qualifications

• 6+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience leading Project Managers & Project Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Design-build/design-assist experience.
• Financial acumen and cash-flow management skills.
• Proficiency & experience w/construction & accounting software (Timberline/Sage, MS Office, CAD/BIM).

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of mechanical construction project management experience w/ project sizes to $5million+
• Experience leading Project Manager & Project Engineers
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Design-build/design-assist experience
• Financial acumen and cash-flow management skills
• Proficiency & experience w/construction & accounting software (Timberline/Sage, MS Office, CAD/BIM)
