This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and delivery of a specific technical project or function, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. This role involves close collaboration with design engineers and stakeholders to manage IT projects, mitigate risks, and maintain high standards of performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Duties

• Coordinate and supervise technical projects, ensuring all project activities meet established commitments and objectives.

• Collaborate with design engineers to integrate hardware and software components into service design activities.

• Manage project risks and facilitate the integration of new IT services and infrastructure.

• Oversee day-to-day project tasks, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to schedules.

• Identify opportunities for IT resource optimization, cost reduction, and system performance improvements.

• Develop work schedules, estimate man-hours, and collaborate with program managers and clients.

• Prepare and maintain documentation including program plans, cost reports, operations instructions, and task status updates.

• Utilize administrative tools to control and manage project tasks effectively.

• Ensure operations security and protect sensitive/critical information.

• Assist in the development of manuals and other technical documentation.

• Deliver status and task management reports for assigned areas.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance.

• Demonstrated project management experience, specifically related to IT.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in technical and narrative writing.

• Background in supervisory or management roles.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certifications

• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) preferred but not required.
