About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through implementation. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, resource needs, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to keep work aligned and on track.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalation decisions when needed.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, action items, and next steps.
• Manage scope changes and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate testing, implementation, and transition to operational support.
• Schedule project activities around business needs to minimize operational disruption.
• Travel to project locations to support implementation as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within established timelines.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive accountability.
• PMP certification or another recognized project management certification, such as PRINCE2 or CAPM, preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
• Willingness to travel, including extended assignments, based on project needs.
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work and extended hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing technology, infrastructure, or operational projects.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple locations.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

Pay: $40 to $60 per hour
