Job summary

Crescent Solutions seeks a results-oriented Project Manager to support planning and delivery of multiple concurrent projects. You will coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to keep schedules, milestones, and documentation on track.

In this role you will maintain documentation, coordinate status updates, and help identify risks while guiding field execution and vendor coordination. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Smartsheet is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of project management or project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
