Formación

• Draft functional/technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop and execute test cases and UAT.
• Provide training and support to users as directed.
• Analyze business processes and develop process maps.
• Utilize PM tools to generate dashboards and reports.

Duration: 8 Months plus

Project Manager

• Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action items.
• Communicate project updates and status both orally and in writing with technical staff, executive management, and users.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
• Facilitate and document application analysis sessions, use case processes, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Create, present, and maintain internal and external project status reports suitable for management teams.
• Track project tasks, monitor progress, and manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivery of projects on schedule, within scope, and within approved budgets.
• Gather, prioritize, and document business and technical requirements.
• Draft and maintain functional and technical specifications, design documents, and project-related reports.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to users as directed.
• Analyze business processes, conduct needs assessments, and develop process maps.
• Utilize project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, HP PPM, Cherwell, Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, and Word.
• Draft and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
• Develop clear, measurable, and traceable business requirements (SMART format).
• Gather and analyze data, creating dashboards and reports as needed.
• Communicate with project teams and stakeholders regarding activities, deliverables, and status.
• Adhere to all Department data security and confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Assist with other related program initiatives as required by the Department.
