Qualifications

• Experience leading projects with formal PM practices.
• Ability to gather and formalize business and technical requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, facilitate, and document meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Communicate project updates to technical staff, exec management, and users.
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, WBS, and schedules.
• Document analysis sessions, use cases, workflows, and SOPs.
• Create and maintain status reports for management.
• Track tasks, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Draft functional/technical specifications and design documents.
• Develop and execute test cases and UAT.
• Provide training and support to users as directed.
• Analyze business processes and develop process maps.
• Utilize PM tools to generate dashboards and reports.
