Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc., founded in 1999 and headquartered in Marlborough, MA, is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager in Exton, PA to lead enterprise software and infrastructure initiatives.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, architect project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage scope with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results. This role requires 7+ years of PM experience and strong MS Project use.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project management focusing on software development and system design.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies and end-to-end software delivery.
• Experience with MS Project and enterprise scheduling tools to create milestone charts and task hierarchies.
• Experience with financial tracking systems to monitor budget burn, earned value, and overall project profitability.
• Experience in requirements gathering for complex infrastructure architecture and evolving application workstreams.
• Experience with risk management frameworks to develop technical contingency plans and identify schedule uncertainties.
• Superior interpersonal and facilitation skills for managing cross-functional business units and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of enterprise technical projects ensuring delivery remains on schedule, on budget, and on spec.
• Architect comprehensive project plans and milestone trackers for distributed engineering teams and technical resources.
• Orchestrate stakeholder meetings to capture and document detailed functional specifications and technical requirements.
• Monitor project health utilizing quantitative metrics including earned value, slippage, and resource duration.
• Direct daily operations of technical workstreams to ensure all deliverables align with architectural requirements.
• Coordinate technical communication between internal development staff and third-party technology vendor partners.
• Refine production processes and graphical documentation to enhance performance and maximize operational efficiency.
